Meet Rachel & Jared! We had the best time during their engagement session at Highland Park. It couldn’t have been a more beautiful evening!

Rachel & Jared are the sweetest couple and it has been so much fun learning more about their love story. The day Jared proposed they went to have a picnic at the park. They picked up sandwiches from Great Outdoors – yum! It was the same park the two of them went to when Jared asked Rachel to be his girlfriend. After they ate Jared asked if they could go for a walk around the pond. As they were walking Rachel got distracted by a dog, and Jared asked her to come back on the pathway. Shortly after, Rachel saw one of their mutual friends wearing black leggings, black shirt, black hat, and sunglasses sneaking into a bush. When Rachel asked him if that was Vicky he immediately grabbed her hands and got down on one knee. Rachel immediately said yes! Jared had asked their friend Vicky to take photos of their proposal. He also had his family go to Rachel’s parents house to surprise them with cake and champagne!

I love hearing my couple’s engagement stories. Rachel and Jared’s was so sweet. During their engagement session these two smiled and laughed the whole way through. We truly had an amazing time together and it makes me even more excited for them to become husband and wife!
